President
Brendon Edward Green grew up in a small town in California. He grew up surrounded by forests, attending college after high school and receiving a Bachelor’s degree in forestry. He worked as a forest ranger for five years, before going back to college to stand up for environmental rights. After going back to college for a Master’s degree in Environmental law, he began working as an Environmental Lawyer, and has been for six years. His compassion for people and the environment make him a major activist for the Green Party. He now lives, as mayor, in the same small town of California with his partner and two adopted children.

The issue that needs to be most addressed is the situation with our environment. Our environment is constantly being destroyed everyday by many forces, mainly by the people. Everyday people are polluting and destroying the oceans, cutting down the rain forests and harming the atmosphere ultimately causing a thing almost everybody is familiar with known as global warming. The Green Party wishes to fix these problems and ultimately restoring the environment as much as possible. The Green Party wants to make the Earth a more beautiful place.
The environment needs to be saved and that is what the Green Party wants to accomplish in the end. What is happening today and everyday to our environment is not acceptable, each day it is withering away more and more. Eventually there will be no rain forests if this keeps up, no rain forests means more animals will go extinct and the more animals that go extinct the more humans are affected. Harming the environment is harming the population, do you want to keep harming yourselves?
What needs to happen is we need to use more solar panels, cleaner methods of transportation, start planting more trees and just using a simple trashcan for out trash. The issue is the environment itself, it's us people who are the ones causing the issue and directing it at the environment. Fixing these problems means fixing our way of thinking, it has to change, we need change.
If I were voted President I would make sure the environment was restored as much as possible. This is a major issue concerning not only the environment but our people. Who would want to harm such a beautiful place, the place you live in.
My aim is to save the forests, the oceans and the atmosphere. We need to start rethinking our ways of living and gearing up for a more modern world in which the people are more connected with the environment. Living in and with the environment is how people used to live and the environment was hardly harmed in any way.
